An ENEX excursion will leave the bubble in early January heading to explore the Eta Carina Nebula around 9000Ly from Sol. The excursion will also include a 24 hour stop at the Statue of Liberty Nebula in the Statue of Liberty Sector JH-V c2–11 system.

The fantastic Eta Carina Nebula is an old favorite for Hebridean Isles with the last visit around 18 months ago. As well as the beauty of the red nebula itself, the location has a great variety of systems to explore including black holes and guardian ruins.

The excursion will last three weeks giving plenty of opportunity for exploring and exobiology data collecting. Any carriers wishing to join the excursion as most welcome. Hebridean Isles will be staying in the Eta Carina Sector JH-V c2–4 3 system for a week or so before moving to the Eta Carina Sector EL-Y d16 for the remainder of the visit. The excursion will return to the bubble on 27th January.

To join the excursion you can either join one of the carriers heading out OR if you have a carrier, just head out to meet up in the system. Although this is just a simple ENEX Squadron event to start the year, we do welcome any commanders who wish to come along who aren’t in ENEX.

Hebridean Isles will be departing on the excursion from LHS 6309 system at 2pm UTC on 6th January.

Garden of Thoreau will be departing from the Sesur system.
